Territory Business Managers (TBM) are the boots on the ground when it comes to getting Dexcom products into the hands of healthcare providers worldwide. Their days are nothing short of juggling acts, characterized by a blur of phone calls, clinic visits, and climbing odometers from start to finish.
While it's no secret that sales reps rely on a combination of high energy and top-notch interpersonal skills, at times it's all too easy to forget how much happens behind the scenes. So when I was sent out to Baton Rouge, Louisiana for a two-day ride-along with Kaleb Webb, a Dexcom TBM, I took the opportunity to capture the experience in a brief, documentary-style film.
