As part of an update to its 'About Us' webpage that went live shortly before the launch of our newest flagship product, my team was asked to create a video about Dexcom's mission and values for placement above the fold. We had to turn around an all-new asset in a matter of weeks--and with limited budget--utilizing existing footage, since there was not enough time to coordinate and execute a video shoot to capture new content. I developed and pitched the script and storyboard to Dexcom leadership, as well as medical affairs, legal, and regulatory affairs stakeholders, working closely with those constituents to finalize the messaging. I also guided our internal and external production teams to source the footage and cast voiceover talent for the final product.
